Flowers

Dear everyone,

I would like to bring something up ever since two people have made me realize this.

The first would be "Friend 1" who told me that "Friend 2" complains that she wants flowers from her boyfriend who NEVER gives her any but instead buys her other things. Sighs..

The second would be my mum who told me that when she was waiting for me in front of NafNaf (some boutique i hade never stepped into) at the Curve yesterday, she saw this young guy around his twenties selling roses packed and wrapped beautifully in expensive looking papers. It is for the Valentines Day obviously. And she noticed that he had approached four couples. This is what happened,

As the flower seller approached the guy of the first couple, the guy looks enquiringly at the girlfriend and asks whether she would like flowers or not. And she shakes her head and they left, thanking the seller. This went on for another four couples and all the girls said "no", and the flower seller ends up not selling any!

GUYS in the Curve! Obviously us girls will 100% percent and definitely say "no"!!! Who in the right mind would want to be thick-faced enough to say "yes"?!! And as for my "Friend 2", she is an adventurous and sporty girl who is very active in her social life and also finds time to study as well! And maybe the boyfriend thinks.. owh.. maybe she is the type who doesn't like flowers. PLEASE LAH!

I would confidently conclude that, All girls, no matter what she says or does or how old or how her personality is, ADORES flowers. And NO. Giving flowers aren't old fashioned. And when we say no, it sometimes means the opposite. Haha! Yes... The complexity of girls... So, judge wisely guys! >.-

CNY holidays and everything in between..

Hello my dear reader!


Here i am AGAIN sitting in front of the laptop at 9.31pm. Blogging. Bout my hols obviously.. Ehehe. So lets begin!


A) Beginning of the CNY hols

This chinese new year has been my best yet! I have collected so many angpaus, fats by eating snacks in other people's houses (They should definitely serve fruits and vegetables instead of tempting biscuits and whatnots during CNY.. It's bad for the body & the "masyarakat"!), and also a compliment!! Yay me!! But this is a compliment that i shockingly accepted and let my mouth hang open un-lady-like-ly in front of my aunt. Let me tell you what she said lah.. She said..."Eh... Ah june grew taller ah?". Yes... She said that. And although i had badly wanted to hear it a few years ago, i accepted the fact that i am....(censored).... and moved on with life, and suddenly! She just stroll casually by and say it! Not that it's a bad thing or what.. But i decided to accept it with cuteness. Yes Sivaraj, i shall ALWAYS be the cuter one. (slyly smiles) >.<

B) On Saturday

Well besides the ermmm "compliments", i just went to Genting last Saturday for buffet lunch with my cousins and relatives, and oh gosh! It was cold up there! The mist was so thick we can only see the outsides till only a few metres ahead! And i macho-ly told my mum "I don't need a jacket... I ate pork (with a bit icky fats) yesterday night". BUt lucky for me we were indoors most of the time. So anyway... We dined at this restaurant called the Coffee Terrace. Very impressive decorations, good service, and most importantly, very interesting food! The nice indian lamb curry, sushi (japanese food just rocks lah), icky RAW salmon, lovely ginseng soup, chicken soup, miso soup, westerns, japaneses, indians, asian... bla bla bla yada yada yada... But if you have an opportunity, GO! The ambience of the restaurant is just so.... comfortable for eating! I even took 3 servings! Ahaha. (Sighs regretfully). And in the arcade, i saw this basketballer girl playing the basketball game. Whoa... She is breathtakingly good!! She never misses a single shot and in the end she got a whole lot of tickets after finishing all 6 levels in the game. All this excitement and her boyfriend just stands there... ohohoh..


C) On Sunday

After the havoc on saturday in genting,.... Oh by the way, I broke my anklet and i need a new one!! But no luck with it yet.. Ahaha... Too expensive, too cheap looking, too bla bla.. Im a fussy person when buying things ok... =( OK! Sorry for interuptions! Continue...

After the havoc on saturday in genting, you might have thought, owh this girl deserves a good nights rest and sleep through the morning. But NO!!! Me and my bro were up till 12 something to countdown. For the coming of February. Yes. We were sleepily looking at the stupid (sorry for language, a person has to curse once in a while) digital alarm clock, practically willing it to be 12am. So i am definitely to be exhausted in the morning right? PLUS the next morning that betrayer alarm clock woke us up at 5.45AM!!! And that's to go for hiking in a forest at Bukit Gasing. AND it was definitely worth it!

The forest was like... overgrown! I can't believe my dad and relatives dragged me in! The path wasn't really a path, just muddy leaves and stamped out ground. But i was feeling a sense of foreboding as i tracked the steep hills and dark tunnels of trees and leaves. Like i was invading the forests' property and getting lost! And there was this part where they have a suspension bridge. Yes, just thin planks of wood and ropes supposrting you from falling into the unimaginable depths below. But after that i got use to it and enjoyed myself! Good training for Mount Kinabalu. I might be going!! Eeeek!! I can't wait!! Imagine the headlines... First cute-est girl to ever scale Mount Kinabalu and i shall be on the front page giving my 10,000 Watt smile while looking dead tired and macho. Yay me! But really... I recommend you guys to just go one day and try to hike bukit Gasing! You will so want to hike again! =) Good for burning fats and feeding the huge & lethal mosquitoes. I SWEAR! Mosquitoes loves my blood! I don't know why.... Sobs...


Well that's all i guess of my holidays and none till May. Great... Great... Ahaha. Hope to see you soon! Will be busy till god knows when...

P.S. And btw, I have developed a habit for thanking the universe before eating!! Well sometimes i forget though.. when the food in front of me is extreme droolicious. >.<
